Falling

We caught each other when we were falling fast.

Then all of a sudden we let go.

When we hit the ground it hurt.

We were to injured to catch each other again.

Now I'm falling.

Nobody is catching me.

Nothing there but cold, dark, emptiness

My heart is torn apart,

So many decisions to make,

There are so many risks,

I'm not sure which ones to take.

Afraid I might regret,

The path I that i choose,

Always one step ahead,

So things are in my hand.

Never behind,

To scared to lose control,

It's not worth it,

Living this way.

I now realize,

Just what I'm doing,

Not living my life,

Just planning it.

Yet I can't seem to stop,

I need to be in control,

Because my emotions,

Are on a roller coaster ride.

I've got to turn the page,

Start a new chapter,

But not a new book,

I can't begin again,

The memories I have,

Are things I will remember,

Lessons, friends, relationships, fun,

All important to me.

Life has so many challenges,

You need to learn to deal,

Regret nothing,

And just live.

No matter where life takes you,

Live without a safety net,

Only from risks,

Can you live and learn.

Forget about restrictions,

Dreams have none,

And you should,

Always live your dreams.

Do everything you love,

Cause otherwise life's boring,

And before you realize it,

It's done.

Life is always hard,

But no matter how hard it gets,

Always remember,

Just believe in yourself.

Don't listen to what other's think,

It doesn't matter,

If you don't have any enemies,

You never stood up for what you believe in.
